Double Room:- The spacious double en-suite room is light & sunny with lovely garden and field views.

Family Room:-The family en-suite room has a double bed and a single bed, it is L shaped and so offers maximum privacy. As with other rooms it is also light ans airy and has far reaching views over the countryside.


Twin Room:- The spacious twin en-suite room commands panoramic views over the farms fields, it is also light & airy and has pretty pieces of china dotted around the room.

Extra beds :- A cot and sofa bed are available on request.

Guests have their own key and entrance and so are free to come and go as they wish.

Disabled :- Ground floor rooms are available. We have a ramp up to the entrance and the doors are wide enough for wheelchair access. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair in the shower room. We do not have any special fixtures or fittings for disabled people.

Breakfast :- Our sunny dining room boasts panoramic views over rolling countryside. Several pieces of antique china and original water colours decorate the walls.

Meals are served at seperate tables on lovely Wedgwood China.

Breakfast times are to suit each guest.

A selection of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit is available.

The full English breakfast is freshly prepared using local bacon, sausages and the farms own "free range" eggs which are scrumptious when scrambled, or try some creamy wholesome porridge made with fresh cows milk.

We have several very good local pubs and restaurants which we can recommend and happily make a reservation on your behalf.

Garden and car parking :- We have safe off road parking.

The garden surrounds the house and guests are free to sit and relax, enjoying the sounds of the countryside, or stroll along the lane, or across the farms fields.

Holbrook farm sits in open countryside, conveniently situated for the cathedral city of Exeter, only 5 miles distant. It is renowned for its beautiful cathedral, historical buildings, shopping and restaurants.

Within a short distance is the wonderful Exe Estuary with its yachting and bird life, along the estuary there are numerous small towns and historical villages to visit.

Just a few miles away are the unspoilt resorts of Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Beer.

For exhilarating walks, hiking or picnics, not to mention Nigel Mansells, Woodbury Park golf club, Woodbury Common is unique.
To the other side of Exeter, approx half an hours drive away is glorious Dartmoor national park.
Or you could choose to pay a visit to the National Trusts Killerton House and gardens.

Directions :-

M5 junction 30 Take the Sidmouth A3052 road. You will pass Westpoint (County Show ground) and then the Cat and Fiddle pub. Go on another 500 yards and take the left turn, signposted Hill Pond Caravans. Follow all the small B&B signs, we are 1 mile from the main road.

M5 junction 29 Keep in the left hand lane of the slip road for Honiton and turn left at the traffic lights. Go on for about 3/4 of a mile and leave at exit for Clyst Honiton. Take the last exit off the roundabout for - A30 Exeter (this will take you over the road you have just come off). At the next roundabout take the exit for Marlborough Cross. Go a short distance and take the next left at the very small crossroads. Follow this road for 3/4 mile and Holbrook Farm is on the left shortly after the thatched cottages.

From Exeter Airport Right out of airport. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit for A30 Exeter. At 2nd roundabout take 1st exit for Marlborough Cross. Go a short distance and turn left at a tiny crossroads for Holbrook. Continue for 3/4 of a mile, we are a bungalow on the left side of a left hand bend.

From Honiton From Honiton take new A30 towards Exeter, leave at exit for Clyst Honiton, immediately at roundabout take 1st exit to Marlborough Cross. Go 200 yards and take the left turn signposted Holbrook, continue along country lane for 3/4 mile, we are on the left 50 yards past the thatched cottage.

Children from £5.00 - £15.00 when sharing a room with two adults
Cot hire £5.00 per night
